• Upon order placement, you'll receive a confirmation email.
• Kindly ensure that your provided mobile number is correct to avoid any delays.
• A nominal fee of AED10 is applied to Cash On Delivery orders.
• International deliveries typically take 2-3 days. However, customs clearance may extend this timeframe, varying by destination.
• Multiple transactions may result in separate charges on your monthly statement.
• Nighty-Night Beauty does not conduct business with any countries under OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions, as per UAE regulations.

Preorder Items: Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items prioritize shipping of the available items. Pre-order items ship upon restocking and may incur additional customs fees for international orders.

Please note, preorders cannot be canceled once placed but are eligible for refunds or exchanges upon item receipt.

Delivery times may vary based on factors like holidays, weekends, and Ramadan.

We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. In the event of an incorrect delivery address provided, Nighty-Night Beauty regrets to inform you that we are unable to provide reimbursement for the package.

Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient, as policies vary by country.

We reserve the right to assess different shipping charges for high-value orders, which will be communicated prior to invoicing.

WARRANTY

At Nighty-Night Beauty, we stand behind the quality of our products, crafted with meticulous attention to detail and premium materials. To assure you of their durability and performance, we offer:

• A 3-year limited warranty for our pillows, starting from the date of purchase.
• A 6-month limited warranty for our pillowcases, starting from the date of purchase.

This warranty is contingent upon adherence to our care and usage instructions. It covers any physical defects or alterations that compromise the functional benefits of the pillow and pillowcases. However, please note that damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

These include discoloration, color changes (yellowing), stains, punctures, tears, or abrasions. Additionally, minor surface imperfections or irregularities inherent in memory foam production do not affect the quality, functionality, or structural integrity of the product.

We estimate the lifespan of our pillows to be around 5 years.

For continued comfort and support, we recommend replacing the pillow after this period.

RETURNS

Should you find yourself unable to adjust to the benefits of our pillows within 30 days of receiving them, you have the option to return them for a refund.

We do not offer refunds for Cash On Delivery Payments (COD). For Cash on delivery orders you will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges.

NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

For customers based in Dubai, UAE, we offer a convenient doorstep pickup service for returns. Simply contact us at info@nightynightbeauty.com within 30 days of receiving the pillow to arrange for pickup. For customers outside Dubai, return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer seeking a refund.

Terms & Conditions

Refunds are applicable solely to pillow purchases.
Refunds do not extend to used:

• Silk pillowcases
• Silk sleep masks
• Silk heatless curlers
• Silk bonnettes
• Silk scrunchies
• Silk robes

Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer seeking a refund.
To qualify for a refund, the products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with manufacturer labels, usage instructions, and the original packing slip.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer must accept the delivery before initiating the return process for a refund.

Return & Refund Instructions:

Initiate Return: Contact us at info@nightynightbeauty.com within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate a return. Please provide feedback regarding the reasons for the return.

Return Authorization: Within 48 hours of your inquiry, you will receive an email containing the return shipping address and further instructions.

Shipping: Return the product to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for Dubai residents, for whom pick-up of the product will be free of charge.

Quality Assessment: The returned product will be inspected at our manufacturing facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for quality assessment and enhancement purposes.

Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Considering the personal nature of our products, returned items will be disposed of and not resold, ensuring that every Nighty-Night Beauty Sleep Pillow you purchase is entirely new and unused.
